Other real estate investments require less hands on involvement, land and mortgage syndications provide tangible public offerings protected by title interest in the property. In the case of Northern Premier syndications we work on the investor's behalf to either increase the valuation of the land in the case of land syndication's or provide mortgages to borrowers in the case of mortgage syndication's. Each syndication will have an offering document describing the details of the joint-venture agreement as well as how the proceeds of the agreement will be used.
