1. Investor completes the NPI investment application form.
2. NPI prepares necessary documents.

NPI makes an appointment with investor to arrange for signatures and notarization of documents.

Investor delivers bank draft to NPI and signs notarized documents as well as completes applicable (RSP) transfer form T2033.
5.
NPI transfers bank draft and fully executed documents to attorney's trust account.
6.
NPI handles processing of all documents and closes the sale.
7.
Lawyer submits land title application.
8.
Investor receives confirmation letter from NPI along with land title certificate.
9.
Investor receives annual report and NPI quarterly newsletter, posted on our website.
